What is a registration? Registration is the opportunity for customers to express their interest in the 2022 Ford E-Transit by supplying their contact information and estimated number of vehicles needed by body style. Customers will receive communications about the E-Transit and be among the first to be notified when the order bank opens. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.¹ No deposit is required.
What is required to complete my registration? Go online to Fleet.ford.ca and fill out the “Register Today” form on the 2022 Ford E-Transit page. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you.
What is a FIN account and do I need one? A FIN or Fleet Identification Number provides additional benefits for Ford Fleet customers. It does not cost money, and you can choose to sign up here to get started. If you don’t currently have a FIN code, you will still be able to complete the registration and submit your interest in the 2022 Ford E-Transit.
Can I select any Ford dealer? The 2022 Ford E-Transit will only be available at EV-certified dealers. If you have a preferred dealer that you currently work with, please enter them in the appropriate field. Please keep in mind, because the 2022 Ford E-Transit is electrified, the dealer you designate may or may not be EV-certified.
What if I don’t have a preferred dealer? Within the form, you do not have to designate a preferred dealer, it is an optional field. By submitting the Registration Form, you are registering to receive information on the 2022 Ford E-Transit from Ford.
How do I know if my preferred dealer is EV-Certified? The 2022 Ford E-Transit will only be available at EV-certified dealers. Your preferred dealer will be able to confirm if they are EV-certified.
Can I make changes or cancel my registration? Because registrations are not actual orders and there is no deposit, there is nothing tangible to change or cancel. By filling out the form on fleet.ford.ca, you are registering to receive information on the new 2022 E-Transit from Ford. You will be able to opt-out to future E-Transit communications via the footer of your confirmation email by clicking the “Unsubscribe” hyperlink and following the prompts.
Can I still order a 2022 E-Transit later if I do not register? Yes. The order bank is open to any orders, regardless of whether you have registered your interest in receiving communications about the E-Transit and its ordering information. The registration is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.¹ No deposit is required.
When can I order the 2022 Ford E-Transit for my fleet? By registering, you will be signed up to receive information, including when the order bank opens. At that time, you will be able to identify and work with your EV- certified dealer, Fleet Management Company or Ford Fleet Account Manager to finalize ordering details.
When will I take delivery of my vehicle(s)? By registering, you will be signed up to receive information, including when the order bank opens. Should you place an order, actual delivery times may vary based on various factors including but not limited to vehicle model and configuration selected, final destination and demand. Deliveries are expected to begin in early 2022. Once your vehicle is scheduled, you will receive further notification from your EV-certified dealer or Fleet Management Company.
Can I add a registration for someone? If you are a dealer or fleet management company handling an interested customer, you may submit a registration on behalf of that customer but emails will go to you. E-Transit email communications that you receive from us will be sent to you, and if you have your customer’s permission to email, you can share the emails that you receive with your interested customer.
Is the pricing final? The pricing that is shown on the form is a targeted MSRP and is not considered final and does not include any optional equipment.² Final pricing will be available when the Order Bank Opens. Customers can work with EV-certified dealers or Fleet Management Companies to obtain final pricing.
